Federal Polytechnic Ugep Approved Academic Calendar for the 2023/2024 Session

This is to inform all students of the Federal Polytechnic Ugep, Cross River state and the general public that the school management has announced the resumption of academic activities for the 2023/2024 academic session.

According to the approved academic calendar, school resumes for the first semester 2023/2024 academic session on Monday 5th December 2023.

First semester 2023/2024 academic session will commence from 5th December 2023 to 2nd April 2024.

Academic activities for the first 2023/2024 session will commence on Monday 10th January 2024.

2023/2024 matriculation ceremony holds 15th February 2024.

First semester 2023/2024 examination will commence from 1st to 12th April 2024.

Second semester 2023/2024 academic session will commence from 6th May to 8th August 2024.

Registration for the second semester will begin from 7th to 8th May 2024.

Second semester 2023/2024 examination will hold from 18th to 26th July 2024.

13	15^th February 2024	Matriculation
14	28^th February – 1^st March 2024	Midterm break
15	4^th March 2024	Lecture continues
16	6^th March 2024	Departmental board meeting
17	7^th March 2024	School board meeting
18	13^th march 2024	Academic board meeting
19	25^th – 29^th March 2024	Revision week

20	1^st – 12^th April 2024	Examination
21	22^nd April 2024	Submission of examination scores
22	25^th April 2024	Academic board meeting for the consideration of results
23	26^th April 2024	End of 1^st semester and commencement of semester break
