APPLY NOW: Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences Begins 2026/2027 Post-UTME, ND and HND Admission Sales

Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences has officially announced the commencement of sales of admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to the institution, Post-UTME admission forms are now available for qualified candidates seeking admission into various National Diploma (ND) programmes. The application form is available at the cost of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000).

Eligibility Requirements

2026 UTME Requirement

Applicants who selected the Polytechnic as their first choice institution in the 2026 JAMB UTME and scored 100 marks and above are eligible to apply.

Candidates who did not initially choose the institution as their first choice are advised to carry out a change of institution at any accredited JAMB CBT centre and make the Polytechnic their preferred institution.

Age Requirement

Interested applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years old by 30th September, 2026.

O’Level Requirements

Candidates must possess:

• Five (5) O’Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Results must be obtained in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in not more than two sittings.

HND Admission Requirements

Applicants seeking admission into HND programmes must meet the following conditions:

National Diploma Requirement

Candidates must possess:

• ND result with not less than Lower Credit in relevant courses from recognized Polytechnic or College of Health Technology.
• National Diploma (ND) JAMB Admission Letter.

O’Level Requirement

Applicants must also possess:

• Five (5) O’Level credit passes in the required subjects as stated above.

Industrial Training Requirement

Candidates are expected to have completed:

• One-year industrial training or SIWES experience, except for straight programmes.

Mode of Application

The Polytechnic stated that applicants who scored 100 and above in the 2026 JAMB examination are to obtain the Post-UTME screening form online through the institution’s school portal.

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦2,000.

The institution emphasized that payment for the admission form must be made online through the official portal only.

The management also warned applicants that no POS transaction or manual payment processing is allowed.

Important Notice to Applicants

Interested candidates are advised to visit the Admissions Office of the Polytechnic or contact the Admission Officer through the phone number provided in the admission notice for further guidance regarding the admission process.

The institution also noted that hostel accommodation is compulsory for students.
