Plateau State Polytechnic Reopens HND, Diploma Admission Portal for 2025/2026 Academic Session

Plateau State Polytechnic has announced the reopening of its admission portal for the sale of Higher National Diploma (HND) and other Diploma programme forms for the 2025/2026 academic session, offering prospective candidates a final opportunity to secure admission.
According to an official statement released by the institution, Management has approved a limited window for the sale of the admission forms, which commenced on Thursday, January 22, 2026, and will close on Sunday, January 25, 2026. The Polytechnic emphasized that the portal will be permanently closed for the session immediately after the deadline, with no further extension.
The announcement, directed to Deans, Heads of Departments, staff, and the general public, urged interested applicants to take full advantage of the reopening, noting that this is the last chance to apply for HND and other Diploma programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The institution also clarified that JAMB-related admission processes are still ongoing, advising candidates who fall under that category to complete their applications promptly in line with existing guidelines.
The statement was signed by Job Pam Gwom, on behalf of the Registrar, and reiterated the Polytechnic’s commitment to maintaining a structured admission timeline while ensuring equal opportunity for qualified applicants.
Prospective students are therefore advised to complete their applications early to avoid last-minute challenges, as the Polytechnic will strictly enforce the closing date of the admission portal.
