The Management of Bingham University Teaching Hospital (BHUTH) Jos wishes to invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into the Community Health Officers (CHO) Training Programme for the 2023/2024 academic session. This programme leads to award of the Higher Diploma in Community Health. 2023 2024

Admission forms can be obtained from 13 February-31″ May, 2023 from the office of the Ag Principal SCHP, Bingham University Teaching Hospital (BHUTH) Jos upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N 8.500.00) only.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of (5) O’Level Credit Passes in the SSCE/GCE/NECO at not more than two (2) Sittings in the following subjects:

• Biology, English, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics in addition to a Diploma in Community Health (CHEW) b. Community Health Assistant/CHEW with an Abridgement-Diploma

MODALITIES OF PAYMENT

Applicants should pay for the form through e-banking or direct payment to Account No. 3702040755, ECOBank Nig. Ltd. Account Name: Bingham University Teaching Hospital (BHUTH) Jos. Community Health Officers’ Training Programme (CHOTP); obtain a taller and present same to the Coordinator’s Office in BHUTH for issuance of the form.
