Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny Resumes for 2025/2026 Fully as Students Begin Registration

The Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny, has entered full resumption mode as students return to campus for academic registration ahead of the commencement of lectures scheduled for Monday, January 19, 2026.
Academic registration, which involves students enrolling for their respective courses, is currently ongoing for both newly admitted and returning students, in line with the institution’s approved academic calendar. The registration process is a prerequisite for participation in lectures and other academic activities for the semester.
Students have been observed making necessary preparations for the demands of classroom instruction and laboratory practicals by ensuring timely and proper completion of their registration. The management of the institution has emphasized the importance of full compliance with registration procedures to enable students focus fully on academic work once lectures begin.
The Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny, is widely regarded as a centre for hands-on learning, practical training, and innovative education, with a strong emphasis on producing skilled and industry-ready graduates.
According to the institution, adequate preparation combined with available academic opportunities remains key to achieving success within the polytechnic system.
The development was confirmed in a statement signed by Anthony Ogbe (SAR) (MCAI), Public Relations Officer of the institution.
