The polytechnic, Ibadan gets acting director, works and services
A lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Engr. Adeniran Abiodun Ademola has been appointed as the acting director of Works and Services of the Institution.

A lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Engr. Adeniran Abiodun Ademola has been appointed as the acting director of Works and Services of the Institution.
The appointment was conveyed in a letter signed by the Acting Rector of the Institution, Dr Taiwo Abideen Lasisi under the authority of the Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Professor Salihu Adelabu.
The letter stated that the appointment of Engr. Adeniran is with immediate effect.
Adeniran, who is an alumnus of The Polytechnic, Ibadan studied Civil Engineering between 1992/98. He also obtained a degree from Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State, where he also studied civil engineering between 2002/2005.
He is currently running an Msc. programme in civil engineering at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
He belongs to a number of professional bodies such as The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), The Council for the Regulations of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and The Nigeria Institution of Safety Engineers (NISafetyE).
