The Career Service and Polytechnic Advancement Centre (CSPAC) of Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic has successfully concluded a three-day capacity-building workshop organized for career personnel and non-teaching staff across various departments of the institution.
The training programme, sponsored by Tertiary Education Trust Fund, brought together participants from major units within the polytechnic, including the Registry Office, Physical Planning Unit, Procurement Unit, Medical and Health Services, Library Department, Bursary Department, and other administrative sections.
According to the organizers, the workshop was designed to equip staff members with modern administrative techniques, workplace strategies, and professional development skills aimed at improving productivity, teamwork, and efficient service delivery across the institution.
Participants at the workshop expressed appreciation to the management of the polytechnic for providing opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement. They also commended Malama Sakina Tanimu and the Director of CSPAC, Engr. Aliyu Musa Kofa, for their dedication and impactful facilitation throughout the training exercise.
The successful completion of the workshop further highlights the commitment of the Rector, Muhammad Kabir Abdullahi, and the institution’s management toward human capital development, institutional growth, and improved administrative efficiency.
The initiative is part of ongoing efforts by the institution to strengthen staff capacity and promote excellence in service delivery within the polytechnic system in Nigeria.
