Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti Academic Calendar for Second Semester 2022/2023 Session

This is to inform all students of the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, that the school management has announced the resumption of academic activities for the second semester 2022/2023 academic session.

Academic activities for the second semester will commence on Monday 26th June 2023. Registration and lectures will commence on the same date.

Late registration with penalty will commence from 17th July 2023 and end on Friday 25th August 2023.

Second semester 2022/2023 examination will commence from Monday 25th September to 14th October 2023.

Below are the details of the academic calendar for the second semester 2022/2023 academic session.

2	26^th June – 14^th July 2023	Registration and lecture commences for all students
3	17^th July 2023	Registration with late penalty
4	24^th – 28^th July 2023	First continuous assessment
5	25^th August 2023	Registration with penalty ends.

6	29^th August – 1^st September	Second continuous assessment
7	18^th – 22^nd December 2023	End of lectures and revision
8	25^th September – 14^th October 2023	Second semester examination
9	16^th – 27^th October 2023	Marking of scripts
10	30^th October – 4^th November 2023	Audit of scripts

11	6^th – 11^th November 2023	Project defence
12	13^th – 17^th November 2023	Processing of second semester results
13	20^th – 24^th November 2023	Schools board meeting
14	27^th November – 1^st December 2023	Approval of second semester results by expanded committees of dean.
15	6^th December 2023	Ratification of results by the academic board
