Bauchi Polytechnic Acquires CNC Lathe Machine: Rector Inspects Installation


Bauchi State Polytechnic has taken a significant step in advancing its Mechanical Engineering Technology Department with the acquisition of a state-of-the-art CNC Lathe Machine.
The Rector, Alhaji Sani Usman, recently inspected the newly procured machine, which is currently being installed and prepared for operational use.
During the visit to the Mechanical Machines Workshop, the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Technology Department, Engr. Abubakar Aliyu, along with other staff members, welcomed the Rector. Engr. Aliyu expressed appreciation for the development and assured that the machine would be put to optimal use to enhance technical training at the institution.
The CNC Lathe Machine is expected to improve hands-on learning for students, equipping them with industry-relevant skills in precision machining and manufacturing technology.
