Auchi Polytechnic Moves to Stop lecturers from Fixing Classes on Weekends

The management of the Federal polytechnic Auchi, EDO state has warned teaching staff fixing lectures on Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) to stop such a habit.
Also, the Lecturers have been warned not to fix lectures earlier than 8am on weekdays (Monday – Friday)
The school management said this directive remains sacrosanct thereby advising all Teaching staff to comply with the directive.
Moreso, the school authority through a circular obtained by POLYTV has ruled that henceforth students are required to cross all unused pages in the answer booklets given to them by their examination supervisors.
The school management directed all Dean’s and HOD’S to ensure that students crossed out all unused pages and spaces in their answer booklets before submission.

“The Rector, Dr. Salisu Shehu Umar, has observed that during examinations, some students do not cross out all unused pages and spaces in their examination answer booklets…
“The Rector has, therefore, directed that all Deans of Schools and Heads of Departments should ensure that students cross out all unused pages and spaces in their examination booklets before submission to invigilators.”
