Auchi Polytechnic Academic Calendar for Second Semester 2022/2023 Session

This is to inform all full-time morning students of the Federal polytechnic Auchi that the directorate of academic planning has released the academic calendar for the second semester 2022/2023 academic session.

According to the calendar obtained by POLY TV, all students are to resume on Sunday 16th July 2023 as lectures will begin on Monday 17th July 2023.

School board meeting for the consideration of first semester 2022/2023 results has been fixed for Tuesday 18th July 2023.

Submission of coursework – 18th September 2023

Students’ week – 18th to 25th September 2023.

Second semester 2022/2023 examination begin for students in the school of art and industrial design – 3rd October 2023

9th October 2023 – commencement of second semester 2022/2023 examination for all other students

9	1^st October 2023	Independence day
10	2^nd October 2023	Public holiday for independence day

11	3^rd October 2023	2022/2023 second semester examination for students in the school of arts and industrial design
12	9^th October 2023	Commence of second semester examination for all other students
13	3^rd November 2023	Second semester examination end for all students
14	4^th November 2023	Students vacate campus
15	20^th November 2023	Departmental board meeting for the consideration of second semester 2022/2023 results

16	23^rd November 2023	School board meeting for the consideration of second semester 2022/2023 results
17	28^th – 29^th November 2023	Academic board meeting for the consideration of second semester 2022/2023 results
