1. Less distractions

By night, almost everyone will be asleep; there will be no loud music from your neighbors, no distraction from other students in your hostel, just you and your books, and you will be able to assimilate faster. Students who usually study at night always perform excellently in their studies.

2. Enough time to read

Studying at night gives you more time to read; you can take a nap and resume studying. For instance, You could sleep from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. and resume reading from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. in the morning, then go back to sleep to cool your brain. You could wake up around 8 a.m. to revise what you have read, and this will help you fully prepare for your tests or exams.
