AKWAPOLY 2025/2026 Post-UTME Admission Registration for ND Full-Time

Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, invites all eligible candidates to register for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening exercise for National Diploma (ND) Full-Time admission.

Who is Eligible?

To qualify for the screening exercise, applicants must:

1. Have selected Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua as their first choice institution in the 2025 UTME.
   
2. Have scored at least 100 in the 2025 UTME.
   
3. Possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level Credits obtained in not more than two sittings in relevant subjects.
   
4. Be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2025.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official school website: www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng
   
2. Click Online Application and generate an invoice (RRR number) using:
   
   • JAMB Registration Number
     
   • Phone Number
     
   • Name
     
3. Proceed to any commercial bank in Nigeria to make a payment of ₦2,000 (inclusive of bank charges) for the screening fee.
   
4. Upload your WAEC result to both the JAMB portal and the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic portal.
   
5. Use the pin obtained to complete and submit the application form online via the school portal.
   
6. Download and print the Acknowledgment Slip as proof of registration.
   

Documents to Upload

Candidates must upload the following documents to the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic portal:

• Photocopy of JAMB slip showing photograph
  
• JAMB online result slip
  
• Other relevant credentials
  
• Valid scratch card PIN for WAEC and/or NECO result verification

Note: The date for the 2025/2026 UTME screening exercise will be announced later. The results will be published afterwards.
