PHOTOS: POLY BALI Expands Female Hostel Kitchen and Provides Power Supply

As part of its efforts towards ensuring that students are comfortably accommodated, the works department of the Federal polytechnic Bali is expanding the newly completed female hostel by providing additional kitchen to accommodate more students. The decision was made after a recent routine maintenance checks by the Works Department.
In an interview with the Director of Works, Engr Mahmud Hussain, revealed that the expansion project is currently ongoing and the project will involve creating additional space for cooking.
The current available kitchens cannot cater to the needs of the increasing number of students living in the hostel. The expansion project is expected to provide a more comfortable and spacious area for cooking and improve the living condition of the students.
According to the Director of Works and Services, maintenance work is also carried out in both male and female hostel and also electricity is been provided to the students from 7pm to 9pm and access to pipe borne water. The Director of Works and Services stated that the department is readily available anytime to provide the necessary facilities needed to create an enabling environment for learning.
This move has been welcomed by the students and the staff of the school as it shows the department’s commitment to improving the students’ living conditions and providing quality services.
This is a developing story, and we will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
