Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa Approved Academic Calendar for the 2024/2025 Academic Session

This is to inform all students of the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa and the general public that the management of the institution has announced the resumption of academic activities for the 2024/2025 academic session.

According to the approved academic calendar, all students are to resume for the first semester on Monday 2nd September 2024. Lectures will commence on Monday 16th September 2024.

Orientation program for newly admitted students will commence on 16th October 2024.

The 2024/2025 matriculation ceremony will hold on 19th October 2024.

14th December 2024 – 5th January 2025: Christmas Break

First semester 2024/2025 Examination will commence on 25th January 2025 to 23rd February 2025.

Academic activities for the second semester 2024/2025 session will commence on Monday 24th February 2024.

Second semester 2024/2025 examination will commence on Monday 9th June to 27th June 2025.

5	16^th September 2024	Commencement of first semester lectures for both new and returning students
6	23^rd September 21024	Departmental board to consider second semester 2023/2024 NDII SIWES students results
7	24^th September 21024	School board to consider second semester 2023/2024 NDII SIWES students results
8	26^th September 2024	Regular academic board meeting board to consider second semester 2023/2024 NDII SIWES students results

9	16^th – 18^th October 2024	Orientation programme for new students
