Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin (Kwara Poly) Academic Calendar for the 2024/2025 Academic Session

This is to inform all students of the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin (Kwarapoly) has announced resumption of academic activities for the 2024/2025 session. The academic calendar for the 2024/2025 session has been released.

According to the academic calendar, all new students are to resume and commence registration on Monday 7th October 2024.

All returning full-time and part-time students including SIWES students’ registration will commence on Monday 14th October 2024.

Lectures begin for returning full-time and part time students on Monday 30 October 2024.

All SIWES students resume and commence lecture on Monday 2nd December 2024.

2024/2025 matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students will be held on 10th January 2025.

First semester 2024/2025 examination for new and returning students will commence on 27th January 2025.

Second semester 2024/2025 academic session will commence on Monday 24th March 2024. Lectures and registration will commence on the same date.

Second semester written examination for part-time students – 9th June – 13th June 2025

Second semester written examination for full-time students – 16th to 30th June 2025.

10	CBT exams (FT & PT)	13-17/01/2025
11	First semester written examination begin for all returning and new students (FT & PT)	27/01/2025 -21/02/2025
12	Marking and first semester break	24/02/2025 -14/03/2025
13	First semester results consideration begins	24/03/2025

SECOND SEMESTER 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION
