Auchi polytechnic Academic Calendar for 2022/2023 Session

This is to inform all students of the federal polytechnic Auchi and the general public that the management of the institution has announced the resumption of academic activities for the 2022/2023 academic session.

The polytechnic academic board has released the approved academic calendar for the 2022/2023 academic session.

New students are to arrive campus on Sunday 8th January 2023

Registration will continue for new students on Monday 9th January 2023

Old students are to arrive campus on Sunday 15th January 2023 as registration will commence for the old students on Monday 16th January 2023.

Meanwhile, lectures will begin for all students except NDII students from industrial training.

Orientation for the newly admitted students will hold on 1st March 2023.

2022 2023 matriculation ceremony for the newly admitted student will be held on the 24th of March 2023.

Below are the details of the academic calendar for the 2020 to 2023 academic session.

3	15^th January 2023	Old students arrive campus
4	16^th January 2023	Registration begin for old students
5	23^rd January 2023	Lectures begin for all students except NDII SIWES students
6	1^st March 2023	Orientation for new students
7	3^rd March 2023	Registration for new students end
8	16^th March 2023	NDII SIWES students resumes
9	24^th March 2023	Matriculation ceremony
10	24^th March 2023	Late registration begin for all regular students

11	6^th April 2023	Late registration ends/ submission of course work
12	26^th April 2023	2022/2023 examination begin for all students in the school of Art and Design
13	2^nd May 2023	2022/2023 examination begin for all students except NDII SIWES students
14	26^th May 2023	2022/2023 exam ends for all regular students
15	27^th May 2023	Students vacate hostels in the first semester holidays
16	29^th May 2023	2022/023 first semester examination begin for NDII SIWES students
17	9^th june 2023	2022/2023 first semester examination end for all SIWES students NDII
18	13^th June 2023	Students arrive campus for second semester 2022/2023 academic session
19	13^th June 2023	Departmental board meeting for the consideration of first semester 2022/2023 examination results
20	15^th June 2023	School board meeting for the consideration of first semester 2022/2023 examination results
21	20^th – 23^rd June 2023	Academic board meeting for the consideration of first semester 2022/2023 examination results
