YABATECH Announces New Transcript and Verification Fees as Updated Charges Take Immediate Effect

Yaba College of Technology has introduced a revised fee structure for transcripts and official result notification services, following an approval by the institution’s management. The update, issued on Friday, November 28, 2025, affects both current students and graduates requesting transcript delivery or verification letters.
The statement, signed by the Deputy Registrar of the Centre for Information, Communication and Public Relations (CICPR), Adams A.S., confirmed that the adjustments apply to multiple categories of transcript dispatch, including local and international deliveries.
According to the newly approved rates, a letter of notification of transcript will now cost ₦10,000, while local email delivery of transcripts also stands at ₦10,000. Courier delivery of local transcripts has been reviewed to ₦25,000.
For applicants requesting international services, the cost of email delivery has been set at ₦20,000, while courier dispatch of international transcripts will now cost ₦80,000. Additionally, the fee for WES (World Education Services) email transmission is now ₦50,000.
The management emphasized that the new charges take immediate effect and urged all students and graduates to take note of the revised fee schedule when making future transcript or verification requests.
