Wahala For Fedpoly Ede Students As ASUP Withaw Service Few days To Resumption

The Academic Staff union of polytechnic chapter of the federal polytechnic Ede, Osun state, at its emergency resolution meeting held on Thursday 14th January, 2021 have embarked on an indefinite strike untill further notice from the national body of the union.

According to a press statement obtained by Poly TV from the union, All the academic staffs have been told not to submit scripts, questions (POP and CBT) and suspend other academic activities.

The union stated that the suspension of academic activities is because there is no active academic board in the federal polytechnic Ede and the “Vote of no confidence” conffrred on the board chairman And threat to live And properties of staff who are ASUP members.

The union demanded that the federal government should Set up an Investigative panel To look into all allegations in public domain.

Meanhwile the Rector on Thursday has approved that all students should return to school on Monday 18th January 2021 for academic activities.
