One Killed in Cult Clash Near Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti

Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria — Tragedy struck a student community on Friday evening as a suspected cult clash claimed the life of one person in Aba Erinfun, a settlement near the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti.
The incident occurred on April 10, 2026, coinciding with the institution’s 2025/2026 matriculation ceremony, a day typically marked by celebrations among newly admitted students.
