Niger State Polytechnic Academic Calendar for the 2024/2025 Session

This is to inform all students of Niger State Polytechnic and the general public that the management of the institution has announced the resumption of academic activities for the 2024/2025 academic session, and the approved academic calendar is now available.
The Polytechnic will commence the 2024/2025 academic session on Sunday, 15th December 2024. Registration for new and returning students will begin on Monday, 16th December 2024.
Lectures will commence for all students, except for NDII students, on Monday, 20th January 2025.
The orientation program for newly admitted students will hold on Monday, 21st April 2025, followed by the matriculation ceremony, which will take place on Thursday, 24th April 2025.
The first semester examinations for the 2024/2025 session will begin on Monday, 12th May 2025, and end on Friday, 30th May 2025.
Academic activities for the second semester of the 2024/2025 session will commence on Sunday, 15th June 2025, with lectures starting on Monday, 16th June 2025.
The second semester examinations will begin on Monday, 29th September 2025, and conclude on Friday, 17th October 2025.
