Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa (AOPE) Academic Calendar for First Semester, 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Management of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa has officially released the approved academic calendar for the First Semester of the 2025/2026 academic session. According to the Board of Studies, the semester is scheduled to begin in September 2025 and run through February 2026, with key academic and administrative activities clearly outlined.
Fresh students are expected to resume on Monday, September 22, 2025, while their orientation programme will run from Monday, September 22 to Friday, September 26, 2025. Returning students are to resume a week later, on Monday, September 29, 2025.
Registration for all students will commence on September 22, 2025, and close on October 10, 2025. The institution has also fixed late registration with penalty between October 13 and November 2, 2025.
Lectures for the semester will run for 12 weeks, beginning on September 29, 2025, and ending on December 19, 2025. This will be followed by a mid-semester test from November 3 to November 7, 2025, and a two-week reading break scheduled for December 22, 2025, to January 2, 2026.
The first semester examinations are slated for January 5 to January 23, 2026, after which lecturers will engage in marking and grading of scripts from February 2 to February 13, 2026. Faculty consideration of results will hold between February 16 and February 18, 2026, followed by the Board of Studies’ final consideration of results on February 19 and 20, 2026. The semester officially ends on February 20, 2026.
The Management further reminded all students to make necessary payments such as acceptance fees and tuition fees promptly, and to ensure they complete their course registrations within the stipulated period.
