The management of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro (Ilaro Poly) has officially released the approved school fees schedule for National Diploma (ND 1) freshers for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the published document, the tuition varies across faculties, with science and engineering-related courses recording the highest fees, while management courses remain the most affordable.

The School of Pure and Applied Science fixed its tuition uniformly at ₦126,665 for departments such as Science Laboratory Technology, Computer Science, Food Technology, Mathematics & Statistics, among others.

In the School of Agricultural Technology, freshers in Agric Technology, Horticulture Technology, and Animal Health & Production Technology are expected to pay ₦130,685, making it one of the costliest faculties.

The School of Engineering maintained a flat rate of ₦129,785 across all departments, including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Renewable Energy, and Welding & Fabrication.

Similarly, the School of Environmental Studies adopted the same ₦129,785 fee structure for all departments ranging from Building Technology to Art and Design and Printing Technology.

However, students in the School of Management are paying the lowest fees. While Accountancy is pegged at ₦112,945, all other courses such as Marketing, Taxation, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, and Public Administration are set at ₦107,945.

For those in the School of Information and Communication Technology, tuition stands at ₦114,965 for departments such as Mass Communication, Library & Information Science, Music Technology, and Multimedia Technology.

The newly released structure is expected to guide both new students and parents in planning ahead of resumption. The school has advised fresh applicants to make payments early to avoid penalties for late registration.
