Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic (HUKPOLY) Reviewed Academic Calendar for 2021/2022 Session

This is to inform all Students of the Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic (HUKPOLY), that the chairman of the academic board has approved the review of the academic calendar for the 2021/2022 session.

Some of the adjustments made on the calendar are listed below:

Resit / makeup examination – 27th to 31st March 2023.

Resit / makeup board of studies – 10th to 14th April 2023.

Resit /makeup academic board – 18th – 19th April 2023.

Second semester Duration – (15 Weeks)

Commencement of lectures – 9th January 2023.

Submission of draught question papers – 13th to 17th February 2023.

Moderation of draught question papers – 20th – 24th February 2023.

Semester examination – 2nd to 20th May 2023.

Last day for submission of marked scripts – 9th June 2023.

Moderation of marked Scripts – 12th to 16th June 2023.

Board of studies meeting – 20th to 30th June 2023

Academic board meeting – 4th to 6th July 2023.

Makeup examination – 24th to 28th July 2023.

Makeup board of studies – 7th to 16th August 2023.

Makeup academic board 15th – 16th August 2023.

SIWES – 22nd May to 1st September 2023.

Long vacation semester – 21st August to 30th September 2023.
