Federal Polytechnic Ukana Introduces Online Application Portal for 2026 Recruitment Exercise

The Management of Federal Polytechnic Ukana has announced the introduction of an online application portal for its ongoing 2026 recruitment exercise following appeals from prospective applicants across the country.

According to a statement released by the institution, the decision became necessary after numerous qualified Nigerians residing in distant locations complained about difficulties encountered with the earlier physical mode of application. The vacancies were initially advertised in the Sun and Vanguard newspapers on May 7, 2026.

The Polytechnic explained that the move is part of Management’s commitment to ensuring equal opportunity and wider access for all interested applicants regardless of their location.

Following consultations with the Governing Council, the institution approved the use of an online recruitment platform to ease the application process for candidates who are yet to apply.

Interested applicants are therefore advised to visit Federal Polytechnic Ukana Recruitment Portal to complete and submit their applications online.

The institution also warned applicants who had already submitted applications through the previously approved physical process not to submit another application online, stressing that multiple applications could result in disqualification.

Management further clarified that the deadline for submission of applications remains six weeks from May 7, 2026, as earlier stated in the original advertisement.
