YABATECH: Registration Procedures for Newly Admitted Students 2022/2023 Session

The management of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), has released the step by step guide and registration procedures for the newly admitted students of the 2022/2023 academic session.
The fresh students of the full-time programme are to follow the procedures below:
1. The order of name arrangement on O’Level result (use WAEC NECO NABTEB) must be consistent with all other documents and must be used as the benchmark.
2. The same arrangement must be maintained on NIN, JAMB and Yabatech application portals.
3. Name arrangement on the other required documents such as: Reference letters, Testimonial, Birth Certificates, LT Completion Letter etc must compulsorily follow the same order.
4. However, candidates with inconsistency in name/ date of birth/sex should ensure correction, try contacting the relevant body that issued the document with inconsistent names/ other relevant data and correct said error to be in the same order with other documents.
5. Admitted candidates should pay acceptance fee within two weeks after release of admission lists. Failure to pay acceptance fee within the stipulated time will lead to forfeiture of the provisional admission.
6. Online screening of admitted candidates commences immediately after acceptance fee payment.
7. After payment of acceptance fee, candidates should upload all requred documents on the screening portal in the specified order
8. All candidates who have been cleared online should immediately proceed to their Screening Officers for physical screening before resumption of academic session, Original and photocopies of all uploaded documents should be presented for sighting.
