Federal Polytechnic Ugep Academic Calendar for the 2024/2025 Academic Session

This is to inform all new and returning students of the Federal Polytechnic Ugep, Cross River State that the academic calendar for the 2024/2025 academic session is out following the announcement of the resumption of academic activities by the school management.

The Polytechnic will resume on Friday 1st November 2024. Registration and screening will commence on Monday 4th November 2024.

Lectures for the first semester 2024/2025 academic session will begin on Monday 11th November 2024.

Matriculation ceremony for the newly admitted students will be held on 16th January 2025.

First semester examinations will commence on Monday 10th February and end on Thursday 20th February 2025.

Academic activities for the second semester 2024/2025 session will begin on Monday 31st March 2025. Lectures for the second semester will commence on Monday 7th April 2025.

Second semester 2024/2025 examinations will commence on Monday 7th July 2025.
