The Oke Ogun Polytechnic Saki (TOPS) Approved Academic calendar for the 2023/2024 Academic Session

The management of the Oke Ogun polytechnic Saki (TOPS), Oyo state has announced the resumption of academic activities for new and old students for the 2023/2024 academic session.

According to the approved academic calendar, resumption date for fresh and Non-SIWES Students is on Monday 18th December 2023. Registration for fresh and returning students will commence from 18th – 29th December 2023.

Orientation for fresh students – 3rd to 12th January 2024.

Matriculation ceremony for the newly admitted students – Thursday 7th March 2024.

First semester Lectures for SIWES Students will begin from Monday 8th January to Friday 12th April 2024.

First semester 2023/2024 examination will commence on Monday 29th April to Saturday 11th May 2024.

Second semester 2023/2024 academic session will begin on Monday 10th June 2024. Registration for the second semester will commence from 10th to 14th June 2024.

Lectures for the second semester will commence on Monday 17th June to Friday 6th September 2024.

Second semester 2023/2024 examination will commence from Monday 23rd September to 5th October 2024.

7	Computer based test.	22^nd – 27^th April 2024
8	2023/2024 first semester examination	29^th April – 11^th May 2024
9	Marking and grading of scripts	13^th – 17^th May 2024
10	Consideration of first semester results by academic board	20^th – 24^th May 2024
11	End of first semester 2023/2024 academic session	24^th May 2024

SECOND SEMESTER 2023/2024 ACADEMIC SESSION

1	Resumption for all students	10^th June 2024
2	Registration period for all students	10^th – 14^th June 2024
3	Second semester lectures	17^th June – 6^th September
4	Computer base test	16^th – 20^th September 2024
5	Second semester examination	23^rd September – 5^th October 2024
6	Marking & grading of examination scripts	7^th – 11^th October 2024

	Consideration of 2023/2024 second semester examination results by the academic board	14^th – 18^th October 2024
	End of the 2023/2024 academic session	19^th October 2024
