NYSC Releases 2025 Batch C Deployment Details as Call-Up Letters Become Available

The National Youth Service Corps has officially released deployment details for prospective corps members under the 2025 Batch C exercise. The update, shared on the scheme’s verified X account, confirms that call-up letters are now available for printing.
The NYSC also announced adjustments to orientation camp placements, especially for those deployed to Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory. Due to limited camp capacity, some prospective corps members posted to these high-demand states will complete their orientation programme in neighbouring states.
According to the scheme, those deployed to Lagos may have their orientation in Ekiti, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun or Osun, while those posted to the FCT may be directed to camps in Kaduna, Niger or Nasarawa.
This development follows an earlier statement by the scheme noting that only about 40 per cent of registered prospective corps members can be accommodated across orientation camps nationwide. Capacity limitations have made inter-state placements necessary for the new batch.
NYSC Issues Travel and Documentation Advisory
The NYSC advised all prospective corps members to avoid travelling to camp at night for safety reasons. It also reminded candidates to print and sign all required documents before heading to camp, emphasizing that these forms must be submitted during registration at the orientation camp.
The scheme recently released call-up numbers for Batch C, ahead of the deployment list. Online registration for both locally and foreign-trained graduates opened on November 4 and closed on November 9.
The mobilisation timetable shows that physical verification for foreign-trained graduates was scheduled for November 9 to 13, while ICT processing took place between November 12 and 15. Corps-producing institutions are expected to coordinate printing and distribution of deployment and call-up letters between November 16 and 18.
What Prospective Corps Members Should Expect
With deployment now officially released, PCMs are advised to:
Print and review their call-up letters immediately
Check orientation camp assignments and prepare for inter-state posting where applicable
Complete all mandatory documentation ahead of camp
Plan their travel routes early and avoid late-night movement for safety
The NYSC reassured candidates that the adjustments are part of efforts to ensure a smooth and safe orientation experience across all camps.
