EDE POLY SUG Seeks Deadline Extension for School Fees, PT Students Get Special Update
The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the Federal Polytechnic Ede, under the leadership of Comrade Ayanyemi Damilare Marvellous, popularly known as Royal, has announced ongoing efforts to secure a deadline extension for school fee payments.

The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the Federal Polytechnic Ede, under the leadership of Comrade Ayanyemi Damilare Marvellous, popularly known as Royal, has announced ongoing efforts to secure a deadline extension for school fee payments.
In an official release dated April 10, 2025, the union acknowledged the financial difficulties currently facing many students and assured the student body that negotiations are underway with the school management to possibly adjust the payment deadline.
“We understand the financial challenges some students are facing, and we are working diligently to address these concerns,” the statement read.
The SUG also clarified that Part-Time (PT) students are not affected by the current deadline, as their fees will soon be updated on the student portal. Students are advised to stay informed as further updates will be communicated.
The union reiterated its commitment to student welfare with its slogan: “Ever Progressive, Ever Caring.”
