Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic Ijebu-Igbo (AAPOLY) Academic Calendar for the 2023/2024 Session

This is to inform all the newly admitted and returning students of the Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic that the school management has announced the resumption of academic activities for the first semester 2023/2024 Academic session.

Academic calendar for the 2023/2024 session has been released.

According to the academic calendar, summer semester lectures will start on Monday 9th October 2023 to Friday 1st December 2023.

SIWES for ND students: 25th September 2023 -15th December 2023.

Summer semester examination: 4th to 8th December 2023.

All the newly admitted NDI and HNDI students are to resume on Monday 9th October 2023 as registration and lectures will start on the same date.

Returning NDI, HNDI and HNDII students are to resume 16th October 2023 for lectures, registration and other academic activities.

NDII returning students resumes Monday 18th December 2023.

The 2023/2024 matriculation ceremony will hold on 16th February 2024.

First semester 2023/2024 examination will commence from 19th February 2024 – 8th March 2024.

Monday 25^th September 2023	SIWES starts for NDI students.
Friday 15^th December 2023	SIWES ends.

4^th – 8^th December 2023	Summer examination

1^ST SEMESTER PERIOD	ACTIVITIES
Monday 9^th October 2023	Fresh students resumes (NDI & HNDI) Academic registration and online registration for course begin (NDI & HNDI)
Monday 16^th October 2023	Returning students resumes (HNDII0 Lecture resumes (NDI,HNDI & HNDII)
6^th – 15^th December 2023	ICT Training for fresh students
18^th December 2023	NDII returning students resumes

22^nd December 2023 – 5^th January 2024	Christmas and new year break
8^th January 2024	School resumes from break
5^th – 9^th February 2024	Mid semester break
9^th February 2024	Academic registration and online registration closes. Lecture ends
12^th – 23^rd February 2024	Late registration for courses with penalty

12^th – 15^th February 2024	Orientation week
16^th February 2024	Matriculation
19^th February – 8th March 2024	1^st semester examination/CBT
11^th – 22^nd March 2024	1^st semester break
