Yahoo Yahoo: Students Injured as EFCC clashes with Ede polytechnic Students

The operatives of the Economic and financial crimes commission (EFCC) clashed with students of the Federal polytechnic ed this morning over the unlawful arrests of the Polytechnic students.
POLYTV gathered that the Students were reading for the ongoing first semester examinations when the EFCC officials stormed their hostels and whisked away numbers of students across various lodges and hostels in the Polytechnic community.
The Polytechnic students led by their union leaders led a peaceful protest as they demanded for the release of their students who were arrested overnight.
The EFCC officials responded using force as they shot in the air to scare the students and many of the students were injured in the process.
