The Cross River Institute of Technology and Management (CR-ITM), Ugep was Established by the Cross River State Government of Nigeria in partnership with Highbury College Portsmouth, United Kingdom
The polytechnic is located at 95km Ikom-Calabar Highway Ugep, Cross River State.
