
The management of Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State, has officially approved the chargeable school fees for the 2025/2026 academic session for students under its National Diploma (ND) Part-Time Programme.
The approved fees schedule covers ND I and ND II students in both Science and Arts disciplines, providing a detailed breakdown of tuition and other mandatory charges payable by part-time students of the institution. The release of the fee structure is aimed at ensuring transparency, proper financial planning, and smooth registration for returning and newly admitted students.
According to the document, ND I Part-Time Science students will pay a total of ₦128,293, while their Arts counterparts will pay ₦119,655. For ND II students, the approved total fees stand at ₦93,376 for Science and ₦78,563 for Arts, reflecting reduced charges for second-year students.
The fee components include course and tuition fees, registration and examination charges, ICT and internet connectivity fees, medical examination and services, students’ insurance, library development levy, workshop and laboratory equipment fees, SIWES, EDSVIC, sports development levy, and security trust fund contributions.
Additional compulsory charges such as identity card issuance, caution fees, students’ handbook, prospectus, matriculation fees, verification of results, and industrial training-related levies are also captured in the approved schedule, depending on the student’s level and programme.
The document was jointly signed by key management officials of Federal Polytechnic Offa, including the Deputy Rector (Academics), Director of Special Duties, Bursar, and the Students’ Union Government (SUG) President, confirming its authenticity and approval for implementation in the 2025/2026 academic session.
Prospective and returning students of the ND Part-Time Programme are advised to take note of the approved amounts and ensure timely payment through officially designated payment channels to avoid registration delays or penalties.
