Kwara Poly Directs ND II Students to Submit Logbooks, Upload SIWES Reports Before May 26

The management of Kwara State Polytechnic has directed all National Diploma (ND II) students, both Full-Time and Part-Time, to submit their Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) logbooks and upload their SIWES reports on the institution’s designated portal on or before May 26, 2026.

According to an internal notice issued to Heads of Department, students are expected to submit their completed logbooks to their departmental SIWES coordinators for assessment while also ensuring that their SIWES reports are uploaded online within the stipulated deadline.

The institution urged all Heads of Department to properly notify and guide affected students to ensure full compliance with the directive.

The polytechnic also warned that failure to comply with the submission and upload requirements before the deadline will result in an automatic carryover of the SIWES course.

Management further appealed for the cooperation and prompt action of all departments to ensure a smooth assessment process.
