KANO STATE POLYTECHNIC 2022/2023 NCE, ND and HND FULL-TIME & PART-TIME FORM IS OUT

The Management of Kano State Polytechnic wishes to inform the General Public that the Online Application Forms for 2022/2023 Academic Session for Full-time and also Application Forms for Part-time into the various programmes in Sciences, Technology and Management are on sale for ND, HND and NCE programmes.

Applicants for Full-time Higher National Diploma “HND” should purchase the Online Application Forms at cost of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N 7,500), only. While Applicants for the National Diploma “ND” or National Certificate of Education Technical “NCE Technical” who sat for the 2022 UTME, should purchase the Online Screening Forms at the cost of Six Thousand Naira (N 6,000), only.

Equally, Applicants for Part-time Programmes should purchase the Online Application Forms at the cost of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000), only.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

1. Visit www.kanopoly.edu.ng After UTME you must choose Kano State Polytechnic as your first choice while filling the UTME form or you change now to make Kano State Polytechnic your first choice then you can apply for National Diploma while for Higher National Diploma Does not require UTME you are only to Apply with your A-Level Result(Ordinary/National Diploma)! For National Certificate in Education there is Pre-NCE which does not require UTME also when finishing Pre-National Certificate in Education Successfully you will be promoted to National Certificate in Education directly.

2. Review Submission and Admission: Academic division will be the first to receive your application and review to ensure that all the requirements are intact and forward it to the department you applied.

3. Departmental Review: The Department are responsible for admitting you into their department or to recommend you to other department according to your SSCE and UTME combination for National Diploma and for the Higher National Diploma is according to your A-Level result (Ordinary/National Diploma).

4. Deputy Registrar Academic: Lastly the Deputy Registrar Academic is responsible for the final Admission processor for National and Higher National Diploma.

5. Admission Notice: Once you are admitted you will be notified via your email address or phone number included in your online application. Note: only admitted students are to be contacted

ELIGIBILITY:

ND Candidates who sat for the 2022 UTME and make Kano State as first choice are eligible to apply.

HND candidates with CGPA of 2.00 at National Diploma level are eligible to apply full-time programme form

Both ND and HND candidates must possess at least five (5) credits in relevant subjects at Olevel including English language and mathematics at not more than two sittings. WAEC, NECO, GCE and NABTEB are acceptable.

Where to submit necessary documents?

Before your application be forwarded to the department for admission you are to present the original certificate for admission interview at the academic division
