FPOG GOVERNING COUNCIL MEMBERS PAYS CONDOLENCE VISIT TO THE REGISTRAR, BARR. A. BOMA GEORGE IN HER OFFICE
The Governing Council led by the Chairman, Otunba Adedayo Adebayo and some Management Staff earlier today paid a Condolence visit to the Registrar, Barr. Altina Boma George.
The Registrar who lost her husband, Engineer Boma Charles George to the cold hands of death after a brief illness on the 11th of April, 2022 received the Council members and management warmly in her office.
Speaking with her, the Chairman of Council sympathysies with her on behalf of his members and Management of the I nonstitution, he said the Rigistrar should take solace in the fact that her husband lived a good life and served God fervently.

Mr. Sunday Ajide, a member of Council in his statement encouraged her to be strong and see the Lord Jesus as her comforter, he cited a place in the Bible, Ecclesiastes 3: 1-4 where God said, ” there is a time to be born and a time to die”. He further said, God allowed it to happen at this time and no one can question HIM. He encouraged her not to allow her faith in God to be shaken. Mr. Ajide prayed for the soul of the departed to rest in peace.
The Vice Chairman of the Governing Council, Dr. Doshuru prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased all his sins and grant him Aljannat Firdausy. He stated that everybody came from God and to Him we shall all return.

He also cited a portion in the Holy Koran where (interpreted) he said ” Every living soul must taste death and that death is not a cause but is something God created for all”.


He prayed to Almighty Allah to take all our good works to accompany us to our grave because in His presence is a permanent abode, free of suffering, backstabbing and all the evil things we pass through in the name of hustling.
Responding, the Registrar thanked the members of Council for their comforting words and prayers. She informed them that the burial was postponed indefínetly, she promised to send words across to them once the date is fixed.
