Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda Increases School Fees by 50%, Students to Pay Fine for Late Registration

The management of the Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda (FEDPONAM) has announced an upward review on registration fee for all programmes.
According to the information gathered, school fees for all programs will be reviewed upward by 50% effective from the 2023/2024 academic session.
The school management advised returning students to pay 100% of their school fees not later than six weeks after resumption otherwise risk a late registration penalty of #3,000.
According to the memo obtain by POLYTV:
“This is to inform both new and returning students that in line with the present economic situation of the country, the management has reviewed Students Registration fees and payment method as follows:
1. That Student’s Registration fee for all programmes has been reviewed upward by 50% with effect from the 2023/2024 Academic Session.
2. That returning students’ should pay 100% of the Registration fee within the first Six weeks on the resumption for the Session. However, late Registration charges of Three Thousand Naira (N 3000) only, shall be paid after Six weeks up to the 8th week when Registration will finally close.
3. All New Students should also pay 100% of Registration fee as in item 2 above, unless otherwise, the Management shall decide.”
