Federal Polytechnic Idah Displays 2023/2024 HND and ND Graduates List for Certificate Verification and Name Correction

The management of the Federal Polytechnic Idah has announced the official display of the 2023/2024 Higher National Diploma and National Diploma graduates list, urging affected graduands to urgently verify their names and personal details before final certificate production.

In a notice issued by the Deputy Registrar, Academic Affairs Division, the polytechnic disclosed that the exercise applies strictly to HND and ND graduands of the 2023/2024 academic session who have paid the approved certificate fee of ₦15,000. The verification process is aimed at preventing errors in names and academic details that may affect the issuance of certificates.

According to the statement, the displayed graduates list is meant to give students the opportunity to confirm the accuracy of their information before management forwards the final records for certificate production. Any graduand who discovers an error or omission is required to report promptly to the Academic Affairs Division, Room 8, for necessary corrections.

The verification and correction exercise is scheduled to run from January 14 to January 28, 2026. Management emphasized that this window is final and that no complaints regarding errors on certificates will be entertained after the deadline.

The institution further warned that it will not be held liable for any mistakes discovered after the close of the verification period, stressing the importance of timely confirmation by all concerned graduands.

The notice, dated January 14, 2026, was referenced FPI/R/AA/1/VOL. 1/297 and officially signed by the Deputy Registrar, Academic Affairs Division, Federal Polytechnic Idah.

Graduands are therefore advised to take this directive seriously, as accurate certificate details are critical for employment, NYSC mobilization, postgraduate admission, and other academic and professional documentation processes.
