• Environmental Health Technicians (EVT-Certificate) 

• Medical Laboratory Technicians Course (MLT-Certificate)

•  Public Health Parsing (HND)

COURSES ADMISSIBLE THROUGH JAMB:

•  Medical imaging Technology (ND Program)

•  Environmental Health Technology (ND Program) 

•  Health information Management (ND Program)

TO PURCHASE THE FORM:

1. Go to www.ascoht.edu.ng  click on “ADMISSION, complete the PURCHASE APPLICATION FORM menu and proceed to PAYMENT on paystack

2. On completion of payment on “PAYSTACK”, a receipt will be generated with a reference number 

3. Go back to main menu and select “APPLICATION FORM

THE COST OF THE FORM IS #8,600
