SUG ADVISES STUDENT TO STAY INDOOR AS SECURITY KILLS THREE PERSONS IN OFFA POLY COMMUNITY
It was a tragic Sunday in Offa, a community hosting the federal polytechnic Offa in kwara state As security operatives allegedly kill three in purported riots that ensued between two street boys in the town.
The security operatives identified as men of the Nigerian Navy allegedly killed two brothers of the same parents and one other.
It was gathered that angry youths were demonstrating protest against extrajudicial killing by throwing stones at security men while the operatives were shooting sporadically into the air to repel mobs attack at central mosque area in Olofa way.

According to the information gathered, stray bullet reportedly hit another victim who was equally at the scene demonstrating protest over the death of his brother.
The remains of the victims have been taken to a Muslim cemetery in Offa for burial.
The SUG president of the federal polytechnic Offa, Comrade Confactor has however advised all students to remain indoor till when peace will reign in the community.
