OGITECH Issues Deadline for HND Students’ ND Transcript and Certificate Submission

Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa (formerly Gateway ICT Polytechnic, Igbesa) has issued a formal reminder to all Higher National Diploma (HND I and HND II) students of the 2025/2026 academic session to submit their National Diploma (ND) academic transcripts and certificates for verification.

According to an internal memorandum released by the institution’s Verification Office, affected students—particularly those who obtained their ND from institutions outside OGITECH—are required to forward their academic transcripts directly to the Registrar. The submission is to be made either through courier services or via the Registrar’s official email address, with clear addressing to the Registrar.

The notice also mandates students to submit photocopies of their National Diploma certificates to their respective school officers. Each document must clearly display the student’s name, ND matriculation number, and an active phone number written boldly for proper identification and processing.

The institution stated that the exercise is aimed at ensuring proper academic verification and maintaining accurate student records across departments. It added that compliance with the directive is compulsory for all affected students.

A deadline has been fixed for Friday, 7th August, 2026, for full submission of all required documents. The management warned that failure to comply within the stipulated period may affect academic processing and other institutional procedures.

Students have been urged to treat the directive with urgency and ensure prompt submission to avoid any administrative delays.
