OGITECH ACHIEVES MILESTONE IN DEVELOPMENTAL AGENDA

The administration of Dr. Abiodun Babatunde Oluseye  has revolutionised Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa , (OGITECH), fostering a culture of problem solving among staff and students. Dr. Oluseye’s vision, encapsulated in three words “Development, Development, Development” has resonated with the Management team and stakeholders.

Addressing Key Challenges, to enhance the learning environment and working conditions, Dr. Oluseye tackled OGITECH’s major challenge: constant electricity. Recently, he commissioned a solar electrification project to power the School of Financial Management Studies, led by Dr. Odutola Oluyemi FCA.

The commissioning which took place on Monday 30th September, 2024, was sponsored by the Department of Accountancy students contributing it as their final year project. Dr. Odutola praised Dr. Oluseye’s leadership and dedication to OGITECH’s transformation agenda, citing its impact on academic excellence and institutional dignity.

Other dignitaries at the commissioning include the Ag. Registrar, Mrs. Sakirat Olajumoke Johnson, Ag. HOD Accountancy Department , Mr. James Ogunsuji, Mr. Adewale Komolafe, Mrs. Adetoro Jolaoso among others.

This project demonstrates the power of collaboration between students, faculty, and administration. Under Dr. Oluseye’s leadership, OGITECH continues to thrive, providing a conducive environment for teaching, learning, and innovation.
