NYSC Extends 2025 Batch C Registration as Prospective Corps Members Face Network Challenges

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has addressed the ongoing technical difficulties experienced by some Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) during the registration process for the 2025 Batch ‘C’ mobilization exercise.

According to the management, the delay many PCMs are facing is due to persistent network issues affecting the online registration portal. The Scheme assured applicants that efforts are underway to restore smooth access and make the registration process more efficient.

In a statement issued by the Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, the NYSC expressed regret over the inconvenience caused to applicants and confirmed that its technical team is working continuously to resolve the issue.

“We wish to assure all that we are working round the clock to resolve the issues and ensure they enjoy seamless registration,” the statement read.

To ensure that all eligible graduates have sufficient time to complete their registration, the management has extended the deadline by 48 hours. The new closing date is now midnight on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

The NYSC urged all prospective corps members to remain patient and continue their registration once the system stabilizes. The Scheme reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a fair and transparent mobilization process for all qualified graduates across the country.

The 2025 Batch C mobilization marks another major step for thousands of young Nigerian graduates preparing to serve the nation in the mandatory one-year national youth service program.

For students who are yet to complete registration, this extension provides an important opportunity to finalize their details and avoid missing out on the current batch.

The NYSC also reminded candidates to monitor official communication channels for updates and to avoid unauthorized websites or intermediaries during the registration process.
