INSECURITY: Plateau Varsity Caution Students and Staff

Following the recent unfortunate security breach in Butura, Mai Jankai and Folo villages of Bokkos LGA of the state which led to the loss of innocent lives and property, the management of the plateau State University has cautioned students of the University against unnecessary movements and journeys out of the University.
This development in a statement signed by the polytechnic PRO, “For the avoidance of doubt, the University authority in conjunction with the State and local government has put necessary measures in place to forestall any further breach of peace….
“I urge all staff and students to remain calm and to go about their normal activities without let or hindrance.”
“I also enjoin you all to be vigilant and to report any unusual movements within and around the University campus to security operatives for prompt action, please.”
