IMAP Lafia Dissolves SUG, Directs Dean To Constitute Caretaker Committee

The Isa Mustapha Agwai Polytechnic (IMAP), Lafia has dissolved the institution’s Student Union Government (SUG) led by Danjuma Bulus Akolo, with immediate effect.

This was contained in a letter signed by the institution’s Registrar, Zamani H. Ibrahim dated April 13th, 2022 addressed to the Dean of Student Affairs.

According to Ibrahim, the decision was in the interest of peace, law and order in the Polytechnic.

The Dean was directed in the letter to constitute a caretaker committee and work out modalities for the election of new SUG officials.
