2. Using USSD Code

  • Dial *894*911# on any mobile phone.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to block your ATM card or account.

This method does not require internet access, making it convenient when data is unavailable.

3. Using SMS

  • Send the word BLOCK to 30012 from your registered phone number.
  • Your account will be restricted immediately after the request is processed.
