Fed Poly Ado Announces First Semester Exam Date, Strict Guidelines for Evening Students

The management of the Centre for Evening and Continuing Education (CEC) at the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, has announced the commencement date for the 2024/2025 first-semester examination. The exams are set to begin on April 21, 2025.

In preparation, students are required to complete key processes to ensure their eligibility:

• School Fee Verification: Students must upload proof of school fee payment (either half or full) on the CEC portal for clearance from the bursary unit.
• Error-Free Documentation: Students should verify their names, departments, levels, and matriculation numbers before uploading receipts to avoid mistakes.
• Clearance Deadline: The first list of cleared students will be released on March 31, 2025. Late uploads from April 1 to April 14 will attract penalty charges.
• Portal Closure: The portal will officially close on April 15, 2025, to facilitate the generation of attendance sheets, seat allocations, and exam permits.
• Final List of Eligible Students: The list of qualified students will be distributed to coordinators on April 15, 2025.

The management urges all students to comply with these guidelines to avoid complications. Failure to meet the deadlines may result in students being unable to sit for their exams.
