Delta State Polytechnic Commences Sale of SUG Forms

Ahead of the 2022/2023 session, Delta State Polytechnic Ogwashi Uku has commenced the sale of forms into Students Union (SUG) Offices.
This is to inform all Delta State Polytechnic Ogwashi-Uku Students and the entire Polytechnic Community that Management has approved the sales of form into various positions with effect from Wednesday, 17 August, 2022 to Wednesday, 31 August, 2022.
The Election is expected to be conducted for the following positions through electronic voting
SUG Positions
1. President (SUG) = #10,000
2. Vice President = #8,000
3. Vice President = #8,000
4. Secretary = #7,000
5. Other Positions =#7,000
6. Honourable members/Speaker = #7,000
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF DELTA STATE STUDENTS UNION (NADESSTU POSITION)
NADESSTU Positions
1. President (NADESTU) = N10,000
2. Vice President= N8,000
3. Secretary = N 7,000
4. Other Positions = #7,000

ELEGIBILITY FOR THE OFFICES:
For any student to be eligible for election into any of the above listed offices, such student must,
1. Have a minimum GPA of 2.75 (3.0 for the post of the President) 2. Not be facing any panel or disciplinary committee.
3. Not be a member of any secret cult.
4. Not have been convicted for any criminal case by a competent court of jurisdiction.
