Courses Offered in Federal School of Statistics Ibadan and Their School Fees

Federal School of Statistics Ibadan was established in 1948 as a training unit for refresher course under the then Federal Office of Statistics (which was a merger of FOS and National data bank); while in 1961 its training activities was extended to other ministries and parastatals and later graduated to a fully-fledged school in 1971, awarding middle level statistical officer certificate for a two-year programme in Statistics.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. 

Applicants seeking Higher National Diploma [HND] admission must possess the basic entry requirements for the National Diploma Programme at not less than the Lower Credit level from the Federal School of Statistics, Ibadan or from any other Polytechnic accredited for the programme, or its recognised equivalent plus a minimum of one [1] year post qualification relevant industrial work experience. 

The candidate should also request his or her institution to forward his or her official academic transcript under confidential cover to the Registrar, Federal School of Statistics, Ibadan.

ND candidates must possess WAEC, GCE[O/L], SSCE, NECO, NABTEB or equivalent with Credits in English Language, Mathematics, and any other 3 relevant subjects.

SCHOOL FEES
